Shipping

  • Rya Collection orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Standard ground orders ship within 48 hours, pending product availability and credit card authorization.
  • All priority orders must be placed by 1pm Eastern Time for same day shipping.  Priority orders placed after 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm Eastern Time on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.  Shipping Times may vary due to product availability and credit card authorization.
  • During a Sale, order processing times may take up to 1-2 business days. A RyaCollection.com customer service representative will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is currently out of stock.
  • Free Standard shipping applies to orders shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, & APO/FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery. 

 

Domestic orders/Shipping Methods

  • RyaCollection.com currently offers three domestic shipping methods:
    • USPS Priority Express - 1-3 business days in the continental USA
    • USPS Priority - 2-5 business days in the continental USA
    • Standard Shipping - 3-8 business days in the continental USA
  • Please note that shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule.
  • Shipping times may vary due to product availability.
  • We regret that we are unable to redirect a package to an alternate address or have the shipment delayed once it has left our warehouse.

International Shipping

For International orders, please contact Customer Service at contactus@ryacollection.com or 212.695.1665 during the hours of 9am-4pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with your Rya Collection make your claim within five business days after receipt of goods. No returns are accepted without prior authorization.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@ryacollection.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
