Shipping Information

  • Rya Collection orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Standard ground orders ship within 48 hours, pending product availability and credit card authorization.
  • All priority orders must be placed by 1pm Eastern Time for same day shipping.  Priority orders placed after 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm Eastern Time on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.  Shipping Times may vary due to product availability and credit card authorization.
  • During a Sale, order processing times may take up to 1-2 business days. A customer service representative will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is currently out of stock.
  • Free Standard shipping applies to orders shipping to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, & APO/FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery.

    • Standard Shipping - 3-8 business days in the continental USA

Refund Information (if applicable)

If you wish to return a product for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your overall refund. Once your returned item is received and inspected, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If the item is approved for return your refund will be processed and you will automatically receive an email when this happens. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for the refund to appear on your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchange Information (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for another of the same item, please contact Customer Service at or at 212.695.1665. Then mail your item to:

Return Information

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with your Rya Collection purchase, make your claim within five business days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Authorization Number. To receive a Return Authorization Number, please contact Customer Service at or at 212.695.1665.

Once you have contacted Customer Service and have received a Return Authorization Number, write the number on the outside of your package and mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
